For off-site events, business meetings or negotiations in Moscow, you will need to rent the necessary premises, which will correspond not only to the number of negotiators, but will also be comfortable, modern and conveniently located in the capital. All this will allow negotiations to be held at a high level, which will certainly have a positive effect on their results.

You can rent a meeting room at the MeettRoom conference center at any time and date convenient for you. We have bright and comfortable premises where you can negotiate with partners, investors or clients with a capacity of 8 to 15 people. All rooms are fully furnished with modern tables and chairs, and are equipped with a flipchart or magnetic whiteboard.

• a projector with a screen or smart panel for displaying sketches, graphs or other visual information;
• office equipment for scanning, printing or copying materials (the MFP is located at the reception);

• wireless Internet access up to 80 Mbps in any room of the center;
• organization of a coffee break;
• administration of negotiations – the participants will be met at the reception by the administrator and will lead them to the desired meeting room;
